第二十一届(2026)中国·成都“阳光杯”学生新音乐作品比赛章程

参赛要求及信息

本年度的赛事编制为室内乐,决赛入围作品将由法国旅程乐团(LItinéraire)于202611月底在成都进行决赛音乐会演出,并由评委会现场评审。比赛具体编制如下:

长笛(可兼短笛),单簧管(降B调/A调),小提琴(2),中提琴,大提琴低音提琴,钢琴。

(注:参赛作品中不得使用低音单簧管、预制钢琴以及任何钢琴内部演奏技巧写作。)

参赛作品可从以上编制中选择 1-8 位演奏家任意组合进行创作。作品长度 8-12 分钟。不接受任何包含电声、电子音乐以及声乐部分的作品。演奏员以人声作为声响效果的一部分则不受此限制。

 

参赛资格

1. 不限国籍、地区和年龄,但参赛者在报名截止日期前必须为注册在读学生。非学生身份者不得参赛。

2. 参赛作品必须是最近三年内创作的作品,风格不限。

3. 已公开出版的作品以及已获奖的作品,均不得参赛。

4. 每位参赛者以一件作品为限,并不得以假名或借他人姓名参赛。

本比赛为匿名参赛,参赛作品需标注创作时间。总谱中,除作品标题及必要的文字说明外,请勿书写参赛者姓名和其他非音乐符号。违者不得进入评选程序。

 

报名方式

参赛选手需提交以下材料:

1. 作品总谱一份(总谱需整合为一个 PDF 文件,并以参赛者姓名+作品名称的方式命名)。

2. 本人身份证件和学生身份证明电子版。学生身份证明可为学生证、在读证明等。若参赛者已被新学校录取但尚未正式入学,或因毕业、升学衔接等原因暂无法提供学生证,可提交录取通知书或新学校出具的在读/录取证明。

3. 个人信息电子文档一份,内容需包括姓名、出生年月、籍贯/国籍、身份证号码或护照号码、联系电话、电子邮箱地址、通讯地址、目前所就读的学校名称、作品名称、作品时长以及作品创作年份。

4. 个人简介文档一份(PDF 文件格式)。

5. 作品简介文档一份(PDF 文件格式)。

6. 作品录音一份(mp3 格式,建议提供,非必须)。

比赛奖项设置及奖金

一等奖一名:奖金人民币15,000元整(税前),颁发获奖证书电子版

二等奖二名:奖金人民币10,000元整(税前),颁发获奖证书电子版

三等奖三名:奖金人民币5,000元整(税前),颁发获奖证书电子版

优秀奖(若干名):颁发获奖证书电子版

评委会有权决定以上各奖项及名额是否空缺,评选结果为终评结果。

 

附加说明

1.赛事组委会拥有所有获奖作品出版权和永久演奏免付使用费的权利。

2.参赛者应同意遵守本次比赛章程规定内容,所提供的报名资料正确无误。参赛作品决无下列任何事项:作品曾参赛获奖作品曾公开出版假借他人姓名参赛。

违反上述任何事项则视为弃赛。若因此获奖则同意返还全部奖品或奖金。由此产生的任何法律纠纷概由参赛者本人负责

3.参赛者须自行确认所提交报名材料的真实性、准确性、完整性与规范性,包括但不限于身份证明、学生身份证明、个人信息、作品总谱、作品简介、是否匿名等。因材料缺失、信息错误、谱面内容不符合比赛章程要求或其他提交材料问题而影响评审、演出或参赛资格的,由参赛者本人承担相应后果;情节严重者,组委会有权取消其参赛或获奖资格。

Requirements and Information

The instrumentation for this years competition is chamber music. The finalist works will be performed by LItinéraire from France at the final concert in Chengdu in late November 2026 and will be evaluated live by the jury.

 

The required instrumentation is as follows:

 

Flute doubling Piccolo, Clarinet in B-flat/A, Violin (2), Viola, Cello, Double Bass, and Piano.

 

Note: Submitted works must not include bass clarinet, prepared piano, or any writing involving inside-the-piano techniques.

 

The work may be composed for any combination of 1 to 8 players selected from the above instrumentation. The duration of the work should be between 8 and 12 minutes. Works involving electroacoustic music, electronic music, or vocal parts will not be accepted. The use of performersvoices as part of instrumental sound effects is exempt from this restriction.

 

Eligibility

 

1. There are no restrictions on nationality, region, or age. However, applicants must be registered students by the submission deadline. Non-students are not eligible to enter the competition.

2. Submitted works must have been composed within the last three years. There are no stylistic restrictions.

3. Works that have been publicly published or have previously won awards are not eligible.

4. Each applicant may submit only one work and must not enter under a pseudonym or under another person's name.

 

This is an anonymous competition. The full score must indicate the year of composition. Apart from the title of the work and necessary textual instructions, the full score must not include the applicants name or any other non-musical identifying information. Works that violate this rule will not be considered in the judging process.

 

How to Enter

 

Applicants must submit the following materials:

 

1. One full score in PDF format. The score must be submitted as a single PDF file and named in the following format: applicants name + title of the work.

2. Electronic copies of personal identification and proof of student status. Proof of student status may include a student ID card, certificate of enrollment, or equivalent official document. Applicants who have been admitted to a new institution but have not yet formally enrolled, or who are temporarily unable to provide a student ID due to graduation or transition between degree programs, may submit an admission letter or an official enrollment/admission certificate issued by the new institution.

3. An electronic document containing personal information, including: name, date of birth, place of origin/nationality, ID or passport number, telephone number, email address, mailing address, name of current institution, title of the work, duration of the work, and year of composition.

4. A short biography in PDF format.

5. A program note or brief description of the work in PDF format.

6. A recording of the work in MP3 format. This is recommended but not required.

Awards and Prizes

 

1st Prize (1): RMB 15,000, pre-tax, and an electronic certificate.

2nd Prize (2): RMB 10,000 each, pre-tax, and an electronic certificate.

3rd Prize (3): RMB 5,000 each, pre-tax, and an electronic certificate.

Honorable Mentions: electronic certificates.

 

The jury reserves the right to withhold any prize or adjust the number of awards. The jurys decision is final.

 

Additional Regulations

 

1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to publish and perform the winning works permanently without payment of any additional publication or performance fees.

2. By entering the competition, applicants agree to abide by all regulations of the competition and confirm that all information and materials submitted are true and accurate. Submitted works must not have previously won any award, must not have been publicly published, and must not be entered under another persons name. Violation of any of these conditions will result in disqualification. If a prize has already been awarded, the applicant agrees to return all prizes and prize money. Any legal disputes arising from such violations shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant.

3. Applicants are responsible for ensuring the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting of all submitted materials, including but not limited to identification documents, proof of student status, personal information, full score, program note, and anonymity requirements. If missing materials, incorrect information, score-related issues, non-compliance with the competition regulations, or other submission problems affect the judging process, performance, or eligibility of the entry, the applicant shall bear the corresponding consequences. In serious cases, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify the applicant or revoke any prize awarded.
